Preliminary Application of Computer-based Case Simulations in our University

计算机模拟病例考试以人机交互方式模拟疾病诊疗过程,能够全面考核医学生的临床能力。我校根据其特点,自行设计计算机模拟病例考试系统,并应用于综合考试,取得了一定的成效,但尚有不足之处,需进一步改革实践。

The computer-based case simulations examination simulates the process of disease diagnosis and treatment by human -computer interaction. It can assess medical students＇ clinical competence roundly. According to it character,our university has self-designed the computer-based case simulations examination system and put into comprehensive examination. It has been made in the preliminary achievement, but there are some deficiencies, for further reform and practice.
