新国家奖助学金制度的实施,在大学生中产生了很大的反响,针对各种不同的想法和行为,本文提出应在大学生中开展感恩教育、事业教育、诚信教育、勤俭教育和友爱教育,并建立长效监督机制,提升大学生思想素质,从而为国家培养合格建设者和可靠接班人奠定思想基础。

The implementation of the new national scholarship ＆ Grant-in-aid systems has brought about different influence on the university students. Aiming at various different ideas and behaviors, the authors put forward some proposals as carrying out education on thanksgiving, career, honesty, hardworking and thrifty and fraternity to college students, and building up effective monitoring mechanism in the long run system, which will promote college students character and personal quality. As a result, it leads to cultivating the qualified constructors and reliable successors for the nation.
