扶正止泻汤治疗放射性肠炎68例

Clinical Observation of"Fuzheng Zhixie Decoction"in Treating 68 Cases of Radiation Enteritis

目的观察扶正止泻汤治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将符合入选标准的128例放射性肠炎患者随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(60例),分别给予扶正止泻汤和氧氟沙星、蒙脱石散;两组均以14d为1个疗程。观察临床总体疗效、肠镜疗效以及治疗前后生活质量状况、中医症状积分变化情况。结果治疗组临床总体疗效、肠镜疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后患者中医症状和生活质量改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论扶正止泻汤治疗放射性肠炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ＂Fuzhen Zhixie Decoction＂ on radiation enteritis and its impact on their quality of life. Methods Total 128 subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 68 cases were treated with ＂Fuzheng Zhixie Decoction＂ and control group in which 60 cases were treated with Ofloxacin and Montmorillonite Powder. The treatment course was 14 days. The general effects, the quality of life, enterosarcoma effect and TCM symptoms scores were observed. Results The general effect, enterosarcoma effect, the quality of life and TCM symptoms scores improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion ＂Fuzheng Zhixie Decoction＂ has good effects on radiation enteritis.
