中药熏洗加局部封闭治疗肛门瘙痒症60例

Treatment of 60 Cases of Anal Pruritus by Herbal Washing and Local Block

目的观察中药熏洗加局部封闭治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用中药熏洗加局部封闭,对照组局部外用皮炎平软膏和硫软膏,治疗3～4周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.7%、78.3%(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗加局部封闭治疗肛门瘙痒症有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal washing and local block in the treatment of anal pruritus. Methods Total 120 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by herbal washing and local block and control group in which 60 cases were treated by Piyanping plaster and sulphur ointment; the clinical efficacy was observed after 4 weeks. Resulst The total effective rate was 91.7% in treatmet group and 78.3% in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Herbal washing and local block is quire effective for anal pruritus.
