摘要
以对叔丁基苯酚、甲醛、二苯醚、乙酸乙酯等为原料,采用二步法合成了具有耐高温分解性能的对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃化合物。热质量分析发现,该产品的分解温度接近400℃。同时利用膨胀计方法测定了该产物的抗氧化性能,结果发现,对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃确实具有较强的抗氧化安定性能,其抗氧化安定能力与其质量浓度的1.15次幂成正比,可作为性能优良的耐高温抗氧化添加剂使用。
By controlling the reaction conditions, the characteristic temperature-resistant compound of calixarene was synthesized with the raw materials of p-tea-butyl-phenol, formaldehyde, diphenyl ether and ethyl acetate. The anti-oxidative property was determined by dilatometer. The results show that the calixarene has the inhibition properties in the system of styrene polymerization and its anti-oxidative capacity is in direct ratio to 1.15 power of the mass concentration, which can be applied as a perfect temperature-resistant antioxidant.
