摘要
混合动力汽车由于能够有效地实现节能环保,近年来得到了快速的发展。其关键部件混合动力系统总成,在研发过程中需要进行大量反复的试验方能实现多能源系统的优化组合。结合实际混合动力系统测试平台建设,研究了混合动力系统测试平台的功能要求、结构组成、软硬件设计等内容。测试平台上典型试验表明,该测试平台满足设计要求,为混合动力汽车的研发提供了试验保证,对混合动力系统测试平台的构建具有借鉴意义。
Hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) have great development in recent years due to environment protection and energy conservation. In order to realize optimum multi-energy management system, the hybrid powertrain which is the key part of hybrid electric vehicles will be needed many iterative tests. Concerning the actual test platform construction of hybrid powertrain, the function requirement, configuration composing and design of software/hardware were studied in this paper. The test results indicate that the test platform can satisfy the requirement well. It will provide testing guarantee for design of hybrid electric vehicles and has important significance for construction of hybrid powertrain test platform.
