摘要
为满足汽车维修行业管理部门对大量关于维修运行及汽车工业发展的历史数据的需求,通过汽车维修行业管理数据仓库的研究和建立,将数据仓库应用于汽车维修行业管理。在了解汽车维修行业管理现状的基础上,采集了大量汽车维修行业管理的实践数据,利用SQL Sever 2005完成了汽车维修行业管理数据仓库的设计,为汽车维修行业管理者的决策提供了数据依据,提高了汽车维修行业的管理水平,为改善目前我国汽车维修行业管理的落后现状做出有益的探索。
To meet the automobile service industry management department＇s demand of mass historical data about service enter- prise and automation industry, with the study and establishment of data warehouse for the management of automobile service in- dustry, the data warehouse technology was applied in the management of automobile service industry. On the bases of collecting the management data of automobile service industry, the implementation of the on-line analytical processing（OLAP） were intro- duced as well as the data warehouse for the management of automobile service industry was designed. These works will provide the support for decision-making, and it is helpful experience to apply the data warehouse to the management of automobile service industry. The application of the study will improve the recent status quo of the management of automobile service industry in China.
