摘要
针对工业过程控制中传统PID控制器的不足,介绍了模糊PID控制器的设计方法,将模糊PID算法应用于汽轮机功频电液调节系统中,并将模糊PID算法与传统PID算法进行了比较。仿真研究表明,模糊PID算法比传统PID算法有更好的调节性能,模糊PID算法在保证系统快速响应的同时可以大大减小系统的超调量,可以很好地解决因机组甩负荷造成转速飞升并导致意外停机的问题。
In order to improve the shortage of the PID controller applied in industrial process control, the design method of PID controller based on the fuzzy theory was introduced and the method was applied to power frequency governing system for turbine, compared the fuzzy PID with the traditional PID. The results of simulation shows that fuzzy PID preferred a good performance to traditional PID, could greatly reduce the overshoot at the same time to ensure rapid response of the system, and solved the overspeed problem for load rejection.
