摘要
型坯控制器是决定挤吹机质量和档次的关键,要使壁厚控制准确到位、并有较好的重复精度、控制可靠方便,设计合适的软件系统就显得很重要。运用PLC的程序设计方法和触摸式人机界面的设计思路,构建了壁厚控制的软件系统,并自主开发了壁厚辅助设计软件,进而研制了挤吹机壁厚控制器,在企业中的应用结果表明:该系统能在满足产品力学要求的前提下,合理控制型坯的厚度,达到壁厚均匀性等质量指标的要求。
The quality and grade of blow molding machine depend on parison wall thickness controller. Precision, repeatability, reliability and convenience of the controlling require appropriate software system. Through the design method of PLC program and touch screen human computer interface (HCI), software system and assistant design software for wall thickness controlling have been established, based on which, a wall thickness controller of blow molding machine has been developed. Practical application indicates that the system is capable to effectively control wall thickness to meet quality requirements, and to provide the products enough mechanical strength.
