螺旋鳍片管换热过程三维数值模拟及性能评价

摘要 基于三维有限元模型,采用ANSYS的二次开发语言APDL编写仿真程序,对工作在锅炉省煤器中的螺旋鳍片管的换热特性进行了数值模拟。基于仿真模型分析了管内冷水速度、管外烟气温度变化对螺旋鳍片管换热性能的影响。提出了一种以热流边界层宽度及温度梯度为依据进行定性分析,以传热效率为依据进行定量分析或优化设计目标函数的螺旋鳍片管三维仿真结果评价方法。研究结果表明,为基于有限元分析技术进行螺旋鳍片管换热器的结构优化设计奠定了基础。 The heat transfer characteristic of spiral finned tube which performed in heat recovery boiler was simulated by using programmable language "APDL" of ANSYS. The influence of different cold water's rate and the smoke's temperature was analyzed based on simulation model. A way of evaluating the 3D simulation results of spiral finned tube was put forward, which based on the qualitative analysis of thermal convection boundary layer and temperature gradient, and the quantitative analysis of heat trans- fer efficiency or objective function for optimum design. The experimental results show that, it could give reference to structure design and optimization.
