摘要
针对厚大断面铁素体球铁减速箱的铸造,采用了呋喃树脂造型工艺,根据"均衡凝固"和"有限补缩"理论,选择了工艺参数,确定了工艺方案,通过冷铁的设置来预防厚大部位的缩松和缩孔,在熔炼工艺上采用了"高温铁水,低温浇注"和倒包球化处理等手段以获得优良的铸件。实践证明,该技术具有广阔的应用前景。
The furan resin modeling technology was adopted to cast heavy section ferrite ductile iron reduction gearbox. According to the proportional solidification and limited feeding theories, the technology parameters and the technology plan were set. Shrink- age porosity and cavity of thick large position were prevented by chilling. The excellent castings were produced by the process of "high temperature molten iron, low-temperature casting" and inverted packet spheroidization in melting technology. The practice shows that the teachnology has a wide application prospect.
