摘要
根据生产实际现状,探讨了装配延时导爆管采用卡腰方式存在影响产品质量的因素。研究结果表明,采用不卡腰方式克服了因卡腰造成的延时精度、偏差大及哑火等质量问题;同时简化了工序、降低了劳动强度、增加了安全生产系数及提高了生产效率。
It is found out in the practice that the delay detonate tube with middle chucking has disadvantages in quality such as poor delay accuracy, high tolerance and detonate dumbness. When no middle chucking technique is used for manufacturing of delay detonate tube, such disadvantages can be eliminated. Besides, the manufacturing process is simplified, intensity of worker's labor is reduced, and safety coefficient & production efficiency are raised.
