摘要
针对专用车边梁式车架进行了有限元模态分析,运用Unigraphics软件建立了边梁式车架的三维模型,导入ANSYS软件并对其进行了模态分析,得到了车架的固有频率及振型特征,使汽车的结构在设计中尽量避免产生共振和噪声,为实际模态试验提供了参考和依据。
The paper used FEM to analyze the modal of a special automobile fringe-beam frame. At first, the CAD model of the fringe-beam frame is set up by Unigraphics. Then the model is imported into ANSYS and the modal analysis is made. Finally, we get the natural frequency and vibration characteristic of the frame so that the resonance and noise will be avoided during the design of the automobile frame. It also supplies the reference and bases for the practical test.
