摘要
当前的学校,其生存和发展都离不开与其他组织之间的联系。解释促使组织之间建立关系的六种理论有交易成本经济学的解释、资源依赖理论的解释、战略选择方面的动因、利益相关者理论的解释、组织学习理论的解释以及新制度主义理论的解释。由于每种理论解释均存在不足,因此,结合学校组织间关系的特点,可以用整合解释框架来大体体现学校参与组织间关系的原因和动机,指出参与组织间关系所能给学校带来的潜在优势和学校可能面临的潜在威胁。
The present schools can't survive or develop without a link with other organizations. Six theories interpreting the relations between organizations include the explanation by trade cost economy, the explanation by the resource-dependence theory, motive of strategic choice, explanation by the interorganization relations, explanation by the organization learning theory and the explanation by the institutional theory. Based on the deficiencies of every theory as well as the characteristics of the relationship between schools and organizations, a framework of integration and interpretation has been put forward. This framework embodies the reason and motivation of schools' participation in the relations between organizations which have potential advantages to the schools, but at the same time the hidden threats confronted by schools can be used to analyze the reasons why schools maintain ties with other organizations.
