With the changing of international political and economic situation, the flow pattern of oil dollar-based Islamic fund is showing some new trend, one of which is the rapid development of local Islamic finance. This is a new phenomenon in international financial business, and provides a sharp contrast to the highly sophisticated Anglo-Saxon financial model. After analysis the basic framework of Islamic finance, this paper explores its risk characteristics, and potential influence.
