摘要
建立追风透骨丸中芍药苷含量测定方法,采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.025mol·L-1磷酸溶液(2∶12∶86)为流动相,检测波长230nm。芍药苷在0.2048～1.024μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9998,回收率为97.9%,RSD为0.9%。该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可作为追风透骨丸的质量控制标准。
A HPL method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Zhuifeng T ougu Pills was established. A Diamonsil C18 column was used with methanol-aeetonitrile-0. 025mol · L^-1 solution of phosphoric acid（2 ： 12 ： 86） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230nm. The linear range was 0. 2048-1. 024μg（r=0. 9998）and average recovery was 97.9%（RSD 0.9%）. The method is simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency. It can be used in the standard of Zhuifeng Tougu Pills.
