Determination of Reserpine in Compound Reserpine Tablets by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法测定复方利血平片中利血平的含量。色谱柱:Agilent HC-C18;流动相:乙腈-1%氯化铵溶液(46∶54);流速为0.8mL·min-1;用荧光检测器,发射波长为360nm,激发波长为280nm。利血平进样量在1.2952～22.666ng范围内,呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.91%(n=9)。本方法简便、快速、重现性好,可用于复方利血平片的质量控制。

The method for determination established. With Agilent HC-C18 column, of reserpine in Compound Reserpine Tablets by HPLC was Aeetonitrile-1% Ammonium chloride solution （46 ： 54） was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8mL · min^-1. Using Fluorescence detector, Em （nm） was 360nm, Ex （nm） was 280nm. The linear range of reserpine was 1. 2952422. 666ng （r= 1. 0000）. The average recovery was 99.96%, and RSD was 0. 91%（n=9）. The method is simple, rapid and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Compound Reserpine Tablets.
