摘要
按单病种分类统计法,对我院2006年度住院晚期癌症患者所使用的麻醉药品品种、用量等进行统计、分析。120例晚期癌症患者中,临床诊断共有19个病种,使用麻醉药品8种,癌痛治疗手段基本采取了药物治疗,且多数交替使用不同类别的药物。我院癌痛治疗应用麻醉药品基本合理,应进一步提高合理用药水平。
According to statistical classification of one disease, the in-patients with advanced cancer by the use of narcotic drugs varieties and the amount were statistically analyzed in our hospital in 2006. in 120 cases of advanced cancer patients, there were a total of 19 types of disease by clinical diagnosis and 8 kinds of narcotic drugs by use. The basic means for the treatment of cancer pain was medication, and most of the alternate use of different types of drugs. The use of narcotic drugs for the treatment of cancer pain is reasonable in our hospital and should further enhance the level of rational drug use.
