摘要
目的:建立直接拆分雷贝拉唑对映异构体的液相色谱方法。方法:手性柱为Chiralpak AD-H(250 nm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为异丙醇,检测波长为210 nm,流速为0.8 mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃结果:雷贝拉唑对映体在直链淀粉衍生化合物手性固定相上能够完全分离,分离度为2.08。结论:直链淀粉衍生化合物手性固定相可以用于雷贝拉唑对映体的手性分离。
Objective:To develop chiral separation methods for the enantiomers of rabeprazole. Method:Rabeprazole enantiomers were separated by a Chiralpak AD -H chiral column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of 2 - propanol at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min^- 1, temperature was set at 25℃, and detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results:Rabeprazole enantiomers were separated on amylase derivative chiral stationary phase and the resolutions were 2.08. Conclusion: Rabeprazole enantiomers can be full separated on amylase derivative chiral stationary phase.
