摘要
目的:测定分析泰山紫花丹参不同部位铅、汞、砷等元素的含量。方法:用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法和双通道原子荧光光谱法分别测定泰山紫花丹参根、茎、叶3个部位铅、汞、砷等元素的含量。结果:紫花丹参根中铅元素含量略微超标,根、茎和叶中的汞、砷含量均在行业标准范围内。结论:根据泰山紫花丹参不同部位铅、汞和砷含量的测定结果,建议紫花丹参应种植在环境中铅、汞、砷等元素含量低的地域。
OBJECTIVE To determine and analyze the contents of Pb, Hg,As in different parts of Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge. METHODS The contents of Pb, Hg, As in root, stem, and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza were determined with inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer and dual pathways atomic fluorescence spectroscope respectively. RESULTS The content of Pb in the root of Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge was slightly higher than the specified limit,and the contents of As, Hg in different parts of Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge were within the specified limit. CONCLUSION Based on the results of the contents of Pb, Hg, As in different parts of Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge ,it is suggested that Salvia Miltiorrhiza bge should be planted in the region where less Pb, Hg, As exist in the environment.
