阿立哌唑、氯丙嗪治疗首发精神分裂症阴性症状对照研究

Comparative study of aripiprazole and chlorpwmzine in the treatment of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia

目的:评价阿立哌唑、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法:采用前瞻性单盲对照研究方法,以阴性症状评定量表(SANS)的得分结果来评价。结果:阿立哌唑组治疗前后SANS总分及各分量表的综合评分均显著降低(P<0.05或0.01),而氯丙嗪组降低不明显。结论:阿立哌唑治疗阴性症状的疗效显著优于氯丙嗪。

OBJECTIVE To compare the therapeutic effect of aripiprazole and chlorpromazine on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. METHODS A single-blind prospective study in which 128 schizophrenic patients with negative symptoms received aripiprazole （n = 68） and chlorpromazine （n = 60） respectively. The scoring results of SANS were used for the evaluation of negative symptoms. RESULTS There were obvious reductions in the total score of SANS or the comprehensive score of several subproups （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. The total SANS score and five SANS factors were more reduced significantly （P〈0.01） in aripiprazole-treated patients than chlorpromazine-treated subjects. CONCLUSION The therapy effect of aripiprazole on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia is superior to chlorpromazine
