近视眼角膜前表面非球面参数与生物学径线相关性研究 被引量:2

A correlative study of myopic corneal surface asphericity and it's biologic radial lines

摘要 目的探讨近视眼角膜前表面非球面参数与其生物学径线的相关性。方法随机抽取在本中心接受LASIK手术的近视患者370例,采用Bausch&Lomb公司生产的Orbscan-Ⅱz角膜地形图系统采集每位患者的双眼角膜前表面非球面参数(Q值)、前房深度(ACD)、角膜横径;美国Tomey AL-2000 Biometer/Pachymeter超声仪测量中央角膜厚度、眼轴长。然后分别作Q值对角膜厚度、角膜横径、前房深度、眼轴长的相关性分析。结果所有5项数据中仅前房深度呈正态分布。近视患者的中央角膜厚度(534.838±31.759)μm、前房深度(3.670±0.243)mm、角膜横径(11.452±0.631)mm、眼轴长(25.026±2.195)mm和Q值(-0.269±0.131)的Spearman相关系数分别为0.107(P=0.039)、0.180(P=0.001)、0.230(P=0.000)、0.020(P=0.707),即中央角膜厚度、前房深度和角膜横径与Q值均存在一定程度的相关性,但眼轴长与Q值无相关性。结论近视眼的角膜Q值相对于眼的生物学径线具有一定的独立性。 Objective To investigate the linear correlation of myopic corneal surface asphericity and it's biologic radial lines.Methods Three hundred and seventy myopes were chosen randomly from LASIK candidates in our center.Corneal surface asphericity(Q value),anterior chamber depth,corneal transverse diameter of each myopic eye were harvested by Orbscan-Ⅱz corneal topography system made by Bausch&Lomb corp.and centre corneal thickness(CCT) and axial lenghth of each eye was also obtained by Tomey AL-2000 Biometer/Pachymeter ultrasound meter.Then the correlation of Q value to CCT,white to white,ACD,axial lenghth were analyzed respectively.Results All radial lines showed abnormal distribution except for ACD.The Spearman correlation coefficient of CCT(534.838±31.759)μm,ACD(3.670±0.243)mm,corneal transverse diameter(11.452 ±0.631)mm,axial lenghth(25.026±2.195)mm to Q value(-0.269±0.131)were 0.107(P=0.039)、0.180(P=0.001)、0.230(P=0.000)、0.020(P=0.707) which demonstrated that there were correlations of CCT,ACD and corneal transverse diameter to Q value,but there was no correlations between axial lenghth and Q value.Conclusion Myopic Q value was a relatively independent factor to it's biologic radial lines.
