西红花提取物中可溶性糖类成分的研究

Study of Soluble Sugar from Safron Extractive Extractive

有关西红花中溶性糖类的定量分析，尚未见报道。本文对红花提取物中糖类成分进行了鉴定和含量测定。经鉴别成发龙胆二糖和葡萄糖，并测定了５批样品可溶性糖的含量。

Until now there have been few reports about the quantitative analysis of soluble sugar from Crocus sativus. In this paperwe evaluated these components and determined the contents. There were two components, gentiobiose and glucose, in this soluble sugar. The contents of five samples of the soluble sug ar were determined.
