摘要
磁滑轮工序是磁选流程的预选工艺,其工艺特性直接影响甩尾磁性铁损失率。某矿随着采场向深部开采,嵌布粒度逐渐变小,磁性率偏低的贫连生体入选量加大,增加了分选难度。该矿在强化磁滑轮工序按标准管理的基础上,为最大程度的降低金属流失,将甩尾品位特别是磁性铁品位控制在较低水平,最大限度地提高金属回收率,节约矿产资源,进行了磁滑轮工艺升级试验研究,从磁系场强升级、料层降高加宽、皮带速度调整和给矿执行器改进等多方面进行研究探索,积极探索能够"提原降尾"的新工艺。

Some mine at one head enhanced the technics standard base manage, on the other head in order to reduce the lost of iron mental, control the disposing tailings grade to lower level, improve the recovery rate of mental, economize mineral resource, made the magnetic rolling technics up- grade research, main from these sides, from magnetic field size, from felling mineral layer thickness and adding the wide of the mineral layer, changing magnetic rolling running rate and feeding mine machine mean, aspiring researched new technics of raising original grade and reducing the tailings grade.
