我国矿业企业海外矿产投融资研究

Study on overseas minerals investment and financing of China's mining enterprise

随着近年来世界矿产品贸易大幅度增加,矿业资本在全球范围内频繁流动,矿业投融资成为人们关注的热点。我国矿业企业海外矿产投融资尚处于起步阶段,与国外跨国矿业公司相比,还存在很大差距。本文研究了我国矿业企业海外投融资的状况,分别对地质勘查企业和矿山开采企业的投融资进行了数据统计分析,找到了矿业企业海外矿产投资困难的结症,发现了融资上存在的问题,并针对我国现状,提出了增强我国矿业企业海外矿产投融资能力的对策建议。

As the dramatic rise of international minerals trading in recent year, Mining capitals frequently flow on a global scale, mining investment and financing become more and more concerned, China＇s mining enterprises overseas investment and financing is still in the initial stage and have big gap contrast to the foreign transnational mining corporation. This paper study the status of overseas minerals investment and financing of our country mining enterprise, the statistical analysises of data are made respectively on ge- ological exploration and mining enterprises, the difficulties of mining enterprise overseas minerals investment and existent problems of financing are found. According to our country status quo, the Suggestions of strengthening our mining enterprises overseas investment and financing capacity are proposed.
