摘要
矿区环境问题类型的识别与危害度的排序,对矿区环境危害的预防与恢复治理具有重要的意义。利用层次分析法和PATTERN法,对各类矿产资源开发环境危害度进行了排序和评价。结果表明:目前矿产开发导致的环境问题的权重及其排序如下:土地占压(0.13)>水体污染(0.121)>水土流失(0.102)>地下水资源破坏(0.084)>景观破坏(0.075)>泥石流(0.073)>滑坡(0.07)>塌陷(0.062)>土壤污染(0.055)>土地沙化(0.044)>植被破坏(0.04)>崩塌(0.039)>地裂缝(0.037)>固废污染(0.035)>大气污染(0.034);各类矿产资源开发危害度及其排序如下:能源矿产(0.224)>黑色金属矿产(0.182)>有色金属矿产(0.176)>建筑材料矿产(0.172)>化工原料矿产(0.151)>地下水矿产(0.095)。从而揭示了同种环境问题与各类矿种的关联性,以及各类矿产开发易诱发的主要环境问题及其区域分异特征,为四川省生态环境整治与管理提供了重要依据。
Through Selected environment problems in mine areas and applied methods of the AHP and PATTERN (Planning Assistance Through Technical Evaluation of Relevance Numbers), This paper presented the links between environment problems and exploit mineral, then assessed on the hazard rank of environment problems. The results showed: land occupies (0.13), water pollution (0. 121), soil erosion (0. 102), destruction groundwater resources (0. 084), landscape damage (0. 075 ), mud -- rock flow (0. 073), landslide (0.07), subside (0. 062), soil pollution (0. 055), land desertification (0. 044), damage to vegetation (0.04), collapse (0. 039), terra crack (0. 037), solid waste pollution (0. 035), air pollution (0. 063); and the hazardous degree of environment problems of mineral exploitation: energy Mines (0. 224), black metal ores (0. 182), non-ferrous metal ores (0. 176), mineral of construction materials (0. 172), industrial chemicals minerals (0. 151), ground water minerals (0. 095). The data can be used for an important basis on environment restoration and management in mine areas of Sichuan Province.
