摘要 测试了掺引气剂混凝土硬化后的气泡参数,并分析了引气剂对混凝土性能的影响。试验发现,引气剂的泡沫稳定性越高,新拌混凝土含气量的经时损失越小;新拌混凝土经90min后含气量与硬化混凝土含气量线性相关。引气剂的掺入降低了混凝土的强度,且掺引气剂混凝土的强度随气泡平均半径增大而降低。掺入引气剂后,混凝土的冻融耐久性得以改善;气泡间距系数对引气混凝土抗冻性的影响非常显著,当气泡间距系数超过300μm时,混凝土的抗冻性较差。 Properties of air entrained concrete was studied.The loss of air void content through time decreased with the increasing of the foam stability of air-entraining agent.It is shown in experimental that the air void content of hardened concrete was linear with the air content in fresh concrete through 90 minutes.Adding air-entraining agent decreased the strength of concrete, and the strength decreased with the increase of bubble average radius.It has been verified that key factor influencing freeze-thaw durability is the spacing factor.When the spacing factor exceed 300 μm, the frost resistance of concrete became worse.
