摘要
为了改善盐渍土地区混凝土的耐腐蚀性能,以减水剂、阻锈剂、引气剂、硅灰等化学外加剂和矿物外掺料为原料配制了耐腐蚀混凝土外加剂。运用模糊正交的理论和方法,在建立抗蚀系数7d和28d抗压强度多目标隶属度函数的基础上,以模糊综合评价值为目标函数,对耐腐蚀混凝土外加剂配制方案进行评判。结果表明:利用模糊正交法能估计出耐腐蚀混凝土外加剂各因素的主效应和交互效应,可得到耐腐蚀混凝土外加剂的最佳配制方案。
In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of concrete in salty soil areas, a kind of anti-corrosion concrete admixture is prepared with mineral addition, chemical admixture such as water reducer, inhibitor, air-entraining agent and silica fume as raw materials.With the method of fuzzy orthogonal, taking the value of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the target function,preparation scheme of anti-corrosion concrete admixture is evaluated, based on the multiple target membership function of the coefficient of resistance erosion, 7 d and 28 d compressed strength.The result shows that using the method of fuzzy orthogonal can evaluate the main effect and interaction of every factor and obtain the best nreparation scheme for anti-corrosion concrete admixture.
