摘要
测试了混凝土表面硅烷浸渍后硅烷的渗透深度,试验结果表明硅烷浸渍深度可以达到5~8mm;对比分析了硅烷与其他表面浸渍材料的吸水率,硅烷的吸水率为0.0036mm/min1/2,远小于基准组的0.0106mm/min1/2,而且满足不大于0.01mm/min1/2的要求;抗冻性试验结果表明混凝土表面硅烷浸渍后,抗冻性能大幅度提高,而且混凝土致密性越高,则提高幅度越大。在北方沿海混凝土桥梁耐久性维护中的实际工程应用表明,采用硅烷浸渍进行耐久性维护,效果良好。
Tested the penetration depth of silane on the concrete surface, and the result showed that 5-8 cm depth can be reached by silane.Water uptake index of impregnated concrete by silane and by other materials were tested and compared.Impregnated concrete by silane only had the value of water uptake 0.003 6 mm/min^1/2 and was far less than the controlled value of 0.010 6 mm/min^1/2 and met the requirement of no more than 0.01 mm/min^1/2.The impregnated concrete showed that silane can improve the stability greatly, and the higher the density of the concrete the better of the performance.One project of maintenance and protection of one bridge at the coastal area in North China showed that silane impregnating method can improve the durability of the concrete greatly.
