摘要
货运施工索道场地复杂多变,需要根据现场实际情况进行具体设计,工作索计算精度与效率对提高货运施工索道的安全性与经济性具有重要意义。在研究悬链线理论和抛物线理论的基础上,建立了相应的计算模型并应用Mathematica以及C#.NET技术编制了工作索选型设计计算软件,探讨了2种计算模型的适用范围。现场工程应用试验表明:测试数据与计算结果相当吻合,验证了计算模型的正确性,实现了工作索的参数化设计。
Construction cargo cableway often changes the construction fields, so the precision and efficiency of the main cables' calculation are of great importance to the safety and expenditure in construction. Based on the study of two suspention cable theories, i.e. catenary theory and parabola theory, the calculation models and algorithms were established, the calculation program applying Mathematca and C#.NET technology was compiled, and the applicability of the two theories were discussed in details as well. Practical application demonstrates that the test data and the calculation results are in well accordance, which identfied the precision of the algrithoms and the realization of parameterized design.
