关于FDI影响因素的实证研究——以环渤海地区为例

Empirical Study of Factors Affecting FDI

以环渤海地区主要的22个城市为代表,选取可能影响FDI的20个变量,采取主成分分析法和回归分析法分析外商直接投资的影响因素。结果表明:环渤海地区影响外商直接投资的因素主要是:城市现有的和潜在的市场规模、政府对经济的干预程度、物流水平、城市的繁荣程度、交通和通讯设施、教育水平、劳动成本、产业的关联效应和示范效应。

Taking the 22 cities in the Bohai Rim as samples, this article selects the 20 variants prone to affecting FDI and then examines them with principal component analysis and regression analysis. The major factors affecting the foreign direct investment in the Bohai Rim are： the current and potential market scale, the government＇s economic interference, level of logistics, urban prosperity, transportation and communication, education, labor cost, effect industrial linkage and demonstration.
