前列安胶囊对丙酸睾丸素诱导的大鼠前列腺增生的影响

Effect of Qianliean on Hyperplasia of Prostate Induced Testosteroni Propionatis in Rats

前列安胶囊是本院研制的中草药制剂，主要由穿山甲、红花、川芎、丹参、桃仁等组成。本文通过给大鼠皮下注射丙酸睾丸素，引起大鼠前列腺和精囊腺显著增生，实验结果不同剂量的前列安胶囊具有剂量依赖的抑制作用。实验中还发现，前列安胶囊对丙酸睾丸素诱导的大鼠精囊腺增生，同样具有显著的抑制作用。

The effect of Qianliean on hyperplasia of prostate induced testosteroni propionatis was studied in rats. It found that Qianliean could dose-dependently inhibit the wet weight increasing in both the prostate and the seminal vesicle induced by testosteroni propionatis,with no significant effect on body weight and wet/dry weight ratio of prostate. These results suggested that qianliean be a safe and effective drug for prostatic hypertrophy.
