摘要
以裸鼠皮肤为隔膜的上下扩散的2个简单扩散小室研究氮酮对扑热息痛透皮渗透促进作用。本文主要以扑热息痛的累积透过量来评价氮酮对药物的促透作用。涂氮酮30min即可增加扑热息痛透过量达4倍。与空白对照差异显著(P<0.05)。
The mude mouse skin as separating two single chanbers of upper and lower were studied enhancing effect of azone for paraccetamol penetrating nude mouse skin. The studied is using acumulated diffusion amount of paracetamol as evaluating enhancing effect of azone. After adding azone thirty minute,the amount of paracetamol through skin increased four fold. Comparing with blank contrast, The difference is significant (P<0.05 ).
