摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法测定硫酸沙丁胺醇片的含量。色谱柱为：SpherisorbODS柱（250min×4．0mmid．5μm），以异丙醇—1md／L，醋酸铵—水（用水醋酸调pH为4．5）（24∶1．5∶96．1）为流动相，检测波长为276nm；线性范围在64～320μg／ml之间，（r＝0．9999，n＝5），平均回收率为100．4％，RSD（n＝5）为0．9％。方法简便，灵敏度高，重视性好。
A high performance liquid chromatography was applied to Spherisorb ODS column (250mm ×4. 6mm i. d., 5μm) with a mobile phase of isobutanol - 1mol/L ammonium acetatewater (adjust pH to 4. 5with glacial acetic acid) 2. 4∶1. 5∶96. 1 ). UV detection was performed at 276nm. The standard curves was linear in the range of 64~ 320μg/ml (r=0. 9999,n= 5)and the average recovery was 100. 4% with RSD being 0. 9 % (n = 5). The method is convenieht,accurate and reproducible.
