中小学教师课程适应不良现象及其诊治

摘要 自新课程实施以来,中小学教师在课程认知、课堂教学、课程开发和课程评价等方面存在适应不良现象。导致教师课程适应不良存在多方面因素。面对教师的课程适应不良的现象,本文主要从学校专业社群的构建、教师自我档案袋的管理以及教师自我效能感的提升等方面提出其诊治策略。
