摘要
在没有对排队系统中顾客到达时间和服务时间的概率分布作出假设的条件下,结合排队系统中一些易得系统运行指标,如系统容量、系统平均队长和系统空闲概率等,利用熵极大化准则,求解出了系统稳态概率,并用χ2检验进行了拟合优度检验,验证了方法的可行性。
Without any assumption on arrival and service distributions,this paper derived the performance distribution of queuing system by maximum entropy principle with some empirical easy-to-get indexes of queues,such as the capacity of system,average persons in system and probability of system spare time.And by chi-square fit goodness test,we demonstrated that the method is feasible.
