摘要
基于对大多数重要的决策需要成立决策群体以共同做出决策,首先建立了一个群体决策任务的研讨模型,提出了4类"研讨模式":①交互群体中群体成员的主动研讨;②名义群体中群体成员的主动研讨;③交互群体中群体成员的被动研讨;④名义群体中群体成员的被动研讨。最后,以某公司如何开拓市场空间的研讨结构化为例,探讨了研讨模式1在群体决策任务结构化研讨中的应用。
Many decision tasks organizations face are too complex to be accomplished by the rugged individualist.Therefore,groups form to make the most of important decisions in organizations.But decision groups that have often suffered the grinding drudgery of meetings-without-end know how unproductive to deal with their tasks.This paper formulates an argumentation model for group decision tasks,and then presents four types of argumentation procedures for group decision task structuring(AP-GDTS).The four types of modes are Type Ⅰ: active argumentation of group members in an interactive group;Type Ⅱ: active argumentation of group members in a nominal group;Type Ⅲ: passive argumentation of group members in interactive group;and then Type Ⅳ: passive argumentation of group members in nominal group.This paper illustrates the application of Type Ⅰ to the argumentation of structuring a group decision task of how to expend market share in YIBAO company at last.
