旅行社顾客市场关系营销策略探讨 被引量:1

摘要 从营销的视觉来分析我国旅行社存在的问题,将西方学者在20世纪80年代末提出的一种全新的营销理论——关系营销引入旅行社的研究中,并从关系营销的核心概念关系质量入手构建了影响旅行社和顾客之间的关系质量的因子,同时结合我国旅行社特点,提出旅行社与顾客关系的营销策略。
