鹿茸液对慢性心衰大鼠心肌细胞凋亡和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原表达的实验研究

Experimental Study on Impact of Hairy Antler Liquid on Apoptosis cadiocyte CHF

目的:研究鹿茸液对慢性心衰大鼠心肌细胞凋亡和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原表达的影响,讨论鹿茸液治疗心衰的作用和机制。方法:实验采用SD大鼠冠状结扎方法制备心梗后慢性心衰动物模型,随机分为鹿茸液高、中、低剂量组、卡托普利组、模型组和空白组,给予相应的药物干预,4周后观察心肌细胞凋亡,心基质Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的变化情况。结果:鹿茸液各剂量组和卡托普利组CHF大鼠心肌细胞凋亡及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原表达与模型组相比较低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),鹿茸液中剂量组和卡托普利组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),均优于鹿茸液高剂量组和低剂量组(P<0.05),鹿茸液高剂量组优于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:鹿茸液能够减少CHF大鼠心肌细胞凋亡,减少Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原沉淀,从而抑制左室重构,具有良好的临床研究前景。

Objective：To investigate the treatment effect and its mechanism of Hairy Antler Liquid on CHF by discovering its impact on apoptosis of cadiocyte, expression of Ⅰ collagen and Ⅲ collagen. Methods： SD rats with chronic heart failure established by coronary artery ligature were randomly divided to high-dose Hairy Antler Liquid group, middle-dose group, low-dose group, Captopril group, model group and blank group intervened with relevant measures, and observed for apoptosis of cadioeyte, Ⅰ collagen and Ⅲ collagen in cardiac muscles. Results ： Compared with those of the model group, all indices of each treatment groups were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Both being significantly better than other treatment groups in all indices （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , middle-dose and Captopril group were not significantly different from each.other （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, while the high-dose group was better than low-dose group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Inhibiting left ventricular remodeling by reducing apoptosis of cadiocyte, and expression of Ⅰ collagen and Ⅲ collagen, Hairy Antler Liquid is of promising clinical application.
