吡喃阿霉素膀胱灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发

Study on intravesical THP therapy for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer

对25例浅表性膀胱癌患者行膀胱部分切除或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TUR－BT）术后应用吡喃阿霉素（THP）膀胱灌注防止复发。全部患者均获得随访12～40个月，无肿瘤复发18例（72％），复发7例。认为：THP用于膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发不失为有效、安全的方法．值得临床应用。

25 patients were treated with THP for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer that had been operated by partial cystectomy or transurethral resection (TUR). All cases have been followed up for 12~ 14 months, 18 of which (72 % ) have been free of tumor. So it was regarded that intravesical instillation THP therapy for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer should be an effective method.
