摘要
目的研究女性青年痤疮与血清睾酮水平的关系;方法对45例女性青年痤疮患者及51里正常对照者的血清睾酮(T)血清雌二醇(E2)血清促黄体生成素(LH)血清促卵泡素(FSH)进行放免测定。结论血清T增高可能是女性青年痤疮重要的病理基础之一。
Objective To study the relationship between female youth acne the level of serum testosterone. Method In order to probe the maehenism of the disease. The level of serum Testosterone （T） Estrodiol （E2） luteinizng （LH） Fouiele Stimulating Hormone （FSH） were tested with Radioimmune assay in 45 female youth ache patients and 51 contruis Results the Serum testosterone level is more higher in the group of ache patients.Conclusion The high Serum testosterone level may be one of the most important pathological bases on female youth ache patient.
