新鲜羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的临床观察

目的观察羊膜移植对药物难治型角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法我们采用羊膜移植治疗临床药物难治型角膜溃疡23例病人(23只眼),角膜溃疡类型分别为:细菌性角膜溃疡,真菌性角膜溃疡,病毒性角膜溃疡,化学性烧伤性角膜溃疡。结果23只眼在术后4-10天角膜炎症均得到有效控制,角膜溃疡愈合状况良好,绝大部分角膜溃疡患者术后视力得到明显提高。结论羊膜移植能够有效的治疗药物难治性角膜溃疡,且其疗效优于角膜移植。

Objective Observe the clinic curative effect of the amnion transplant to the cornea canker which is hard to be cured by medicine. Methods Observe the clinic curative effect of the amnion transplant to the cornea canker which is hard to be cured by medicine.Results After 4-10 days of the operation, the cornea inflammation of the 23 eyes is controlled effectively.The cicatrization of the cornea canker is in order, and the eyesight of the majority of the patients who suffer the cornea canker has been improved evidently.Conclusion The amnion transplant can effectively cure the cornea canker which is hard to be cured by medicine.Besides, the curative effect is better than the cornea transplant.
