摘要
随着地球温暖化的日益严峻,雪灾、震灾、雨灾、风灾、海啸等自然灾害频发,如何防灾、减灾已成为各国政府重要的课题之一。主要通过能源相关设施,情报·通信设施,照明·标识设施,水处理设施等防灾·减灾的公园设施的技术及产品,采用图文并茂的形式阐述其发展动向和趋势,并提出"减灾"将成为今后城市绿地中不可缺少的功能之一。
With the increasingly grim siluation of global warming and the frequent natural disasters of snowslorms, earthquakes, rain, and hurricanes, disaster prevention and alleviation have become one of the important topics of various countries. The development trends of disaster prevention and alleviation park facilities, technologies and products, such as energy facilities, information and telecommunication facilities, lighting and signal facilities, and water treatment facilities, are introduced with pictures. It is put forward that disaster prevention should be one of the indispensable fundions of future urban green space.
