日本阪神、淡路大地震后城市绿地重建的思路与规划设计(理论和实例)

Thought and Planning on Reconstruction of Urban Green Space after the Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in Japan (Theory and Example)

首先以《日本造园学会提出的受灾状况紧急报告》为中心,介绍了在震后初期开展的不同形式的研究活动。其次以《阪神、淡路地震重建计划》为中心,从各个侧面总结了地震之后10年的工作成果,重点介绍了城市建设领域中的"面向自然环境的保护和创造"的内容。归纳了至今为止的复旧、重建的进展情况,指出今后对自然环境的保护规划需要更加扎实地进行并开展与此相对应的课题研究。最后,分别从行政活动和市民活动2个方面,对绿地领域重建实例进行总结,为今后灾后城市绿地重建提供借鉴和参考。

With The Disaster Situation Emergency Report Proposed by Japanese Sodely of Gardening as the central point, various research activities in the early stage after the earthquake are introduced. Then with the focal point of The Reconstruction Plan after Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, the work and achievements in lhe 10 years after the earthquake are summarized from different aspects and the content of ＂natural environment oriented protection and creation＂ in urban construction is emphasized. The restoration and rebuilding progresses up to now are summed up, and the planning of natural environment protection in the future requires more solid related research work. Finally, the green space reconstruction examples are summed up from the two aspects of administrative activities and citizen activities, so as to provide guidance and reference for post-disaster reconstruction of urban green space in the future.
