摘要
香港是世界上建筑密度最高的城市之一,在历史上曾发生过台风、暴雨、事故火灾、疫病等大型灾害。以香港作为研究对象来分析其城市防灾的经验和教训具有较大启发价值。在分析国际上相关高密度城市的防灾绿地公园规划之后,对避灾疏散及防灾公园的基本概念、绿地公园避难对于防灾的重要性以及防灾公园规划应考虑的基本条件等进行了探讨,随后对香港城市防灾绿地公园规划的主要方面进行了探讨,并通过2个案例,对其空间、植物、措施等方面进行了分析。
Hang Kong has the highest building density around the world, and it has sutterea the alsasTers of hurricanes, rainstorms, fires and diseases. Case study of Hong Kong to analyze the city disaster prevention experiences are of high reference value. With the analysis of the disaster prevention park planning in high-density cities around the world, the basic concept of disaster evacuation and prevention park, the significance of green space park for disaster prevention and the basic factors in disaster prevention planning are discussed in this paper. Then the main aspects of Hong Kong city disaster prevention green space parks planning are discussed, and the aspects of space, plants and measures are analyzed through lwo cases.
