公共建筑安全评价研究——以重庆国际会议展览中心为例

Study of Safety Evaluation for Public Buildings——Taking Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Centre as Example

在解析建筑安全评价内外动因和相关策略的基础上,通过对影响公共建筑安全的各种因素的梳理、归类和细化,试图探索构建一套公共建筑安全评价的策略方法和指标体系,并在实践中对其有效性加以初步校验,旨在增进设计实践与安全意识的结合、加强建筑安全管理控制,以及促进城市公共安全体系的完善。

On the basis of analyzing inside and outside motivations and strategies of building safety evaluation, with the help of finishing, classifying and sorting various elements which influence on public building safety, this paper tries to explore a suit of strategies and guideline system on safety evaluation for public buildings and verify its validity in practice primarily. The purpose is to enhance integration of practice and safety consciousness, strengthen control for building safety management and accelerate consummation of urban public safety systems.
