摘要
科技日益成为国家乃至世界关注的焦点,国家之间的竞争也逐渐转变为科技竞争,科技竞争力研究成为国内外竞争力理论研究者所关注的一个新研究领域。本文以我国地方科技竞争力为研究对象,利用复数的相关理论,构建了地方科技竞争力指数(STCI)的复数测度模型,利用复平面对地方科技竞争力的不同培育路径作了直观的表达,并对每一种路径的优缺点作了详细的分析。
Science and technology has increasingly become the attention of the nation even the whole world. Competition among countries is gradually changing into the competition in science and technology. The research on scientific and technological competitiveness has become a new field which theory researchers at home and abroad pay attention to. In this paper, we make local science and technology competitiveness as a research object. We use multiple theories and construct of the complex measure (STCI) of the index model of local science and technology competitiveness. On the complex plane, we made visual expression to the different development paths of local science and technology competitiveness. And the advantages and disadvantages of each route are analyzed in detail.
