摘要
"礼治"是通过"礼"的教化和制度的建设在社会政治生活中发挥作用。汉初,叔孙通定朝仪和宗庙之礼,凸显皇帝的尊贵;陆贾尚仁义之治,贾谊设计等差有序的社会秩序,为维护皇权进行了理论上的探讨,也为"礼治"思想治国方略由理论形态变为现实奠定了基础。
Morality regulation plays roles in social and political life by morality teaching and system establishment. In the early Han Dynasty, Shu Suntong worked out the royal and temple etiquette to show the grace of the Emperor. Furthermore, the benevolence idea of Lu Jiashang, along with the social order with different ranks designed by Jia Yi, made theoretical exploration to maintain royal power and built the basis for turning morality idea of running the country into reality.
