从分析时频分布概念本身的模糊性出发，把Ｃｏｈｅｎ族时频分布的核函数定义为模糊集中的隶属函数，提出对信号时频分布进行模糊处理的方法，并以实例讨论了该方法的适应性及在跌落零件冲击信号分析中的应用．

Based on the analysis of fuzzy concept about a timefrequency distribution,the fuzzy function is introduced by means of the kernel function in Cohen class timefrequency distribution and fuzzy processing is developed.The application on analysis of impact signal is presented.
