摘要
高吸水性材料(英文简写SAR)是一类含有羟基、羧基等强亲水性基团,并具有一定交联度的三维网状结构的功能性高分子材料。它可吸收自身质量几百倍甚至几千倍的水,并在吸水后成为一种凝胶体,具有一定的强度和保水性。其中PAM类吸水性树脂虽然有一定的吸水能力,但耐水性,凝胶强度较差。纳米SiO_2表面有许多羟基,与有机高聚物(如PAM)溶液共混,通过氢键或化学键作用,制成有机/无机杂化材料,有利于吸水材料保水性能和凝胶强度的提高。本课题主要研究讨论AM-AA与纳米SiO_2共混形成的复合杂化体系。通过改变纳米SiO_2用量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、反应温度找出吸水树脂的最优制备工艺;测定了室温下吸水树脂的吸去离子水及盐水倍率、凝胶强度、在室温和在50℃下的保水性能。
Superabsorbent materials (SAR), is a kind of functional polymer materials containing hydroxyl, carboxyl-such as hydrophilic group and a certain degrec of three-dimensional network cross-linking structure, it can absorb several hundred times qualit)' of the water of their own or even thousands of times. After the water into the gel and then it have a certain strength and retention. Although PAM have certain absorbent capacity, the water resistance, the gel strength is poor. The nano- Si02have poor water absorption, but there are many of hydroxyl on the surface, and organic polymer (PAM) solution polymerization produce hydrogen bond or chemical bonds, to made organic / inorganic hybrid materials, absorbent materials to water-hold properties and condensate a increased strength glue.
This paper to do the following four aspects: AA-AM and nano-SiO2 as the main raw material, and by changingthe amount of nano-SiO2, crosslinker concentration, initiator, the reaction temperature to find a water-absorbing resin preparation of the best.At the room temperature of the water-absorbing resin and saline water rate. Determination of the water-absorbing resin gel strength. Determination of the water-absorbing resin and at room temperature at 50℃ under the water performance.
